In 2010 I turned-in the below downloadable packet into our University of Arizona Panhellenic Advisory Board for approval. Needless to say they needed me to explain it a few times and in the end they only allowed us to do about 25% of everything I had planned. Their thought process was that no one could actually pull something that big off without complications, so they were doing us a favor by making our event smaller.
In its entirety the packet I made is huge and now that I look back a little obnoxious. From experience I would suggest never handing something that big out, to either your PAB, your Pike brothers, or a sorority, it only confuses people. I hate to say it but make everything you hand out as simple and 'dumbed-down' as possible. Individuals don't want to read, they merely want the meat and potatoes and a clear and quick understanding of the rules so they can compete and hopefully win! And even then they still don't read anything.
